TULPAR R&D Company was founded in January 2018 based on the grant of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAKT)- BIGG program. The main field of our company is the development of selfrepairing coatings.
Various types of self sealing coating have been developed by Tulpar for various industries/applications ranging from defense industry to residential fuel tanks. The self-sealing materials technology is an advanced technology that is commonly applied in the defense industry. Tulpar inc. has developed this technology to civil applications and decrease the disasters risks for protecting human life and environment resources (e.g. soil and groundwater resources). The company won the great prize of ODTU YFYI-2017 competition and ISDB Transformers 2018 Fund.
In 2019, Tulpar established a new department to work on electro-optic and robotic projects. Tulpar offers 3 axis gimbals for multirotor and fixed wing UAVs. The unmanned ground vehicle developed by Tulpar Robotic Team awarded in Roboik 2019 by Presidency of Defence Industries.
